Bags & Drums AZO reconfiguration stations
for bags and/or drums allow you to cleanly and safely move
your ingredients from the receiving unit to an IBC for
integration into your closed and automated process. Compact and easy
to clean, AZO centrifugal sifters are easily integrated
into
the reconfiguration stations to provide the necessary process
safety step for the screening/delumping of all ingredients.
FIBC (Big Bags/Super Sacks) AZO reconfigurations stations
for FIBCs (flexible intermediate bulk containers) allow
you to cleanly and safely move
your ingredients from the receiving unit to an IBC for
integration into your closed and automated process. Compact and easy
to clean, AZO centrifugal sifters are easily integrated
into
the reconfiguration stations to provide the necessary process
safety step for the screening/delumping of all ingredients.
IBCs AZO IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)
systems include a wide variety of IBC designs and materials of construction
to meet your process requirements. Used extensively in all industries,
AZO IBC solutions provide clean and efficient methods of handling
and feeding of your raw materials and finished products. DOT approval
is available to allow receipt of your ingredients from your supplier
in AZO IBCs, or shipment to your customer in IBC quantities. AZO IBC
blenders are available so that your ingredients can be stored, dispensed,
and mixed all in the same clean compact unit.
Vibrating Bin Discharger The
AZO Vibrating bin discharger, Model VB, is the most universal
discharge device in the industry.
Available in a wide variety of sizes and materials of construction,
the clean and sanitary interior, “First in, first out” mass
flow design, and low horsepower requirements makes the AZO
VB your easy choice for almost all powder discharge requirements.

sifter
