Christian Keilbach specializes in strategic planning, process design, team leadership, and food market applications. He has 17 years of industry experience and previously served as a Project Manager for both AZO Inc. in the US and at AZO Germany.

Christian is passionate about learning, solving complex challenges, and building relationships with customers around the world. Through his work with AZO, he has traveled internationally to execute projects, support customers, and gain experience across a variety of industries and applications.

Outside work, he served as a player, manager, and coach for his local soccer club.
