Jordan is passionate about helping customers solve operational challenges through clear communication and practical solutions. He combines his engineering background, technical curiosity, and consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them toward reliable outcomes.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, attending live music concerts, and exploring new movies and television shows.
