How did we clinch this prestigious honor? Well, it starts with our amazing team members who participated in a survey led by Energage LLC. This survey delved into 15 culture drivers, from alignment to execution, giving us valuable insights into what sets AZO Inc. apart as a workplace.  Our employee responses are summarized and compared to other participating companies in the Memphis area.  The best scores make the cut and are honored for a job well done.

In today's world, it's crucial for leaders to ensure that employees have a voice and feel their opinions are heard – something we prioritize at AZO Inc.

Our journey has been incredible. As a part of the global AZO Group, we've been a leader in providing custom-designed ingredient automation systems since 1949. From batch processes to continuous operations, we've been at the forefront of innovation in industries like food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and plastics.
